Monthly Varsity Meet- Atl
 

When: 8/3
Where: Varsity Drive-in (midtown Atlanta, North Ave & Spring St.)
What: Informal gathering of some nice cars and their proud owners. (Mainly Japanese tuners)

Thought I'd put this out. Ok, the first Thursday of the month coming up. Went last month and the 8's were woefully underrepresented (3). Shine 'em up and bring 'em. Anyone interested?

I can't go this month, I have to work tonight.

I may go if I can find a decent cheap carwash before then.

FYI. We (RX-8's) have been parking upstairs looking down at the cars.

Well, looks like I won't be gracing the Varsity with my presence. Y'all have fun.

I may actually go. I may just stay for a little while, eat dinner, and then come home. I hope the traffic isn't too bad going south on 85. What time are you thinking?

Valpac how old are you? I'm 17 on Sunday so I may bring a friend along with me.

Not coming tonight. Didnt see much interest. Didnt want to be the only 8 to show up (again). Sorry that you are the only one.

I got there too, but not much 8 action.

Maybe next month I can get the word out earlier and we might have more participation.

Hey guys, don't forget the monthly gathering tomorrow 3/6/08. I will be there with Nashirak and another garx8 forum member. We're hoping for more 8s to show. I will be leaving here around 8ish, so I'll be there by 10. It didn't really get going in January til 10 anyway. So, if you can, come out and show some new school rotary love. I was one of two 8s in Jan, couldn't go last month because of family. If you think you can make it PM or post. I'll check this in the morning before I go to work.
