This is a FREE event!! And thru sponsorship we will try to provide lunch and drinks... If enough sponsorship, we will also provide dinner to all the people who purchased the T-shirts (Back of the T-shirts will have all the sponsors name, logo, and web address). Its a way to thank them all.

As of now, Rotary Extreme, RotoSport, HinsonSuperCar, and possibly RX7store, RX7trix, and working on few other vendors.

There will be door prizes and only to people who w/ Tshirt will qualify.

I know the title says Rotaries.. but Its opened to all rotaries and all the EX- Rotary cars (V8s).Brian Hinson is coming out w/ their LS1 FD3s and other V8 RX7s were interested in coming to this event.

Fontanna Village is our main place of stay and the director of Group Reservation gave us an awesome deal.
He is letting us book the cabin at the LOW SEASON RATE + additional 15% off
And 25% off of the LOW SEASON RATE for the Hotel/Inn rooms.

T shirts are $10-12 (depend on sizes)

The way we are going to organize this event, would be thru the shirts..

Shirts are going to be the KEY thing to have. It will be your ticket to registration and also for free food, drink, and door prizes.. All the people who purchased a shirt, will get priority over people who just show up.

Tshirts will be passed out at Deals Gap and Deals Gap only.
