I had a talk with Pete today (probably before you bought your tickets).
Not including your car... there are 4 registered. ...wow people. that's just great.
Damnyankee would make it a whopping 5. Granted, most people bought more than one ticket... but the likelihood that we will lead the lap is slim to none.
The Evo guys have 11 cars, and Porsche Club of America is supposedly getting close to 20. We have 67 people that are interested and are either slackers or simply don't have the cojones to simply say they're not going.
It's very disappointing

Dude - dont' feel bad. We dont' need to lead or have the most cars to have fun.

Update on Deadline:
For the last few days calls have been surging in for the Car Club Packages, so we've decided to extend the deadline until the 1st of March. The deadline to secure a spot on the Parade Lap will now be Monday, February 27.

BTW: guys this last weekend we had an AutoX at HMS and due to a conflict with the carts being there the same day... we got to use the roadcourse for the autoX
Now you guys won't be doing these kinds of speeds, but I thought you'd enjoy! (yeah, I know they're watermarked...just cross your eyes or something
)

Deadline Extension:
I just got out of a meeting with my boss and he gave the OK to extend the deadline once again to March 10. If you purchase by March 10 you will also be included in the parade lap.

Can you coordinate the parking of the Rotaries... so all the FB's can be together, then FC's, then FD's and then RX-8's...
Now on the parade lap I would think they should also be in an order starting with the R100, RX-3, RX-4 , Cosmo coupe, and then 1st gens, 2nd gen, 3rd gens, RX-8's
What do you think ?

Hey Alex, sorry I didnt post ebfore, I just dont log on the board that often anymore. I wont be attending because 1.- I may be out of town that day or 2.- If I am in town, I am going to go see Prodigy at Biscayne (Ultrafest). Since I only plan on seeing Prodigy I MAY make it down afterwards in time for the race, but I dont know if thats gonna happen after getting baked in the sun all morning.

I'll definetly come down to Miami, with the Ultra and this... what else could I ask for??
Now, where to go????, Ultra on one hand..... Nice car racing on the other.... what to do???.
