Mar 6th HPDE @ Moroso
All the info can be found here:
http://www.performance-drivers-club.com/ Registration is now open for this event. It is not as cheap as an Auto X, but bang for the buck... it can't be beat. There are some issues I should address.. 1.) You must have a NASA Pro Racing Membership This Membership is only $35 per year and gives you a subscription to Grassroots Racing Magazine (it's worth it just for the subscription) 2.) Anyone not having an SCCA/NASA/Other Race/Solo license is required to take the class/instructor 3.) There are few Instructors and only one student per instructor. Therefore the time is of the essence in order to save a position for yourselves. Turn 2 can get hairy since there is no runoff and you'll be going fastest there Turn 7b just plain sucks Overall a good course though ;) Bring Sun Block  |
All Group 1 and 2 slots are sold out
damn. I just got my NASA membership and I wanted to go to this one. I'm only about 15 minutes from moroso, so I may just show up anyways, and I'll try to get in on the april 10th HPDE at moroso.
1, 2, and 3 slots are sold out, so unless you carry a pro or amateur license... It's sold out.
I'll be there, but most likley not in my car. I'm going to watch my brother drive in his wrx. I will most likley drive at the march 27 track date at sebring though.
I'm actually waiting till the June Homestead meet ;)
Do you mainly work with nasa, or do you go with other groups to?
I mostly do the SCCA AutoX's I post. The NASA HPDE's are loads of fun, and a great bang for the buck...
...but $200+ is still $200+ Homestead is my favorite local track so I save my money for it. |
Tell me about it!, this will be my first track event, and i have an instructor so it's about $325.
I wil be going with chin |
