Spyder_doo 10-16-2005 12:57 AM

awesome man, now just cross your fingers and have fun. I'm lovin the turbo power and I'm sure you will too. Mine's a lot more powerful than when you were in it. You'll be amazed how good it pulls. What extra's did you end up getting? If you need places to get the stuff just let me know. I'll link you to where I got most my stuff. Enjoy man, You know we going to have to do a photoshoot or something. Dang another Yellow turbo....sweet......

WantedTwo 10-16-2005 09:32 PM

What "stuff" are you talking about? I would like to get it tuned any ideas on where I can get this done?

Spyder_doo 10-16-2005 09:55 PM

bov, boost controller, and little things like that. I'm having problems with finding people to tune it too. I know of a great (awd) dyno and the guy knows how to tune really well, but he doesn't really work with emanage and he hasn't tuned very many rotarys. If you find anyone that thinks they can do it for a descent price let me know. This guy's price runs at $150 per hour. How's the car running? Any problems? Have you got on it yet?

WantedTwo 10-20-2005 08:44 PM

its on and running I'm having issues with it stalling and hesitateing and not to mention the back fires

MazsportScott 10-20-2005 10:36 PM

The Interceptor-X management system will resolve these issues and give you more power as well. Checkout the video at Mazsport.net

Spyder_doo 10-20-2005 11:51 PM

I'm thinking about getting rid of the emanage and going with either the xintercepter or the HKS one but no one has told me which one's better b/c no one really has either one running. I'm going to wait until i see some improvements with either one.

As far as the stalling and hesitation goes i removed my cat and added a bov and it runs better. The back firing is suppost to be normal in all rotarys. Let me know in more detail what's happening and I'll see if it's happened to me b4. Most things have...

WantedTwo 10-21-2005 10:07 PM

well I put the stock cat back on cause I heard that would help..... I have a BOV so no issues there, I just tuned my boost up to 7.5 and that seems to help with the hesitation :D however it still stalls like a mofo. I noticed that on the profec it has an anti stall feature but I took one look at that and pussed out. do you know of and "generic" settings for this and if it even helps? Thanks

Spyder_doo 10-21-2005 11:45 PM

I have my anti stall set to 4

WantedTwo 10-22-2005 09:24 AM

4 what? there are alot of settings in that screen

Spyder_doo 10-22-2005 10:01 AM

I'll look and see what the settings aare on that screen. What's the settings for your boost? I'm having a problem stabilizing mine.

WantedTwo 10-23-2005 02:59 AM

so am I. I have it set to 23, 23 start of 4 and that spikes me at 8 from 5-7500 and 6-7 the rest of the way.

Spyder_doo 10-23-2005 10:50 AM

that's what I have my manual settings at except my start is at 2.8. It holds good at 7psi in my higher gears but 1st and snd are just wavy.

WantedTwo 10-23-2005 01:09 PM

hey man if I can locate a good tuning shop would you consider a road trip?

Spyder_doo 10-23-2005 01:19 PM

Depends on how far away it is and how much it'll cost. I'm almost set on getting rid of emanage and going with one of the new ems options, but let me know if you can find someone that is sure he can get this thing to run good and I'll probaly go.

WantedTwo 10-23-2005 02:39 PM

cool I'll see what I can churn up
