Download the jpeg below and print it out on photopaper to keep light from shining through. It's what I used...worked well. It should be the exact size you need, but you may have to print a couple samples to be sure. I used packing tape to secure it to the lens. Cut all the white out with an exacto knife.

I spent almost 2 years floating around in the Persian Gulf, but never set foot in Iraq. Been to U.A.E. and Saudi.....
