CFRC (Orlando) Autcross Schedule 2013
Taken from the CFRC page,
The cost is $35 per car/driver and $12 for Spectators. Rules Our Basic Rules are as followed… - Helmet is required for all drivers. - Battery must be tied down. - Interior must be clean of anything that might roll around and cause a distraction. - Vehicle must be free of leaks and in SAFE working order. Remember these are just the basic rules. During our drivers meeting you will get a more detailed set of instructions to follow. January 2013 Saturday, January 5, 2013 – Autocross (7pm-12am) Saturday, January 19, 2013 – Autocross (11am-4pm) February 2013 Saturday, February 2, 2013 – Autocross (7pm-12am) Saturday, February 16, 2013 – Autocross (11am-4pm) March2013 Saturday, March 2, 2013 – Autocross (7pm-12am) Saturday, March 16, 2013 – Autocross (7pm-12am) Saturday, March 30, 2013 – Autocross (11am-4pm) I'm going to the Jan 19th autocross, post up if your interested also. :beer05: Steve . |
I might hit up the Jan 19th one, if not I'll be out there on the second. I bought another 8 and this one's on lowered springs so we'll see how the suspension works compared to the old stock one.

I might show up. I doubt I will run though. I over heated my driver front tire at the last 3 events so it looses grip like crazy once it gets warmed up. I wont have new wheels and tires by then.

Add 2 psi to that front tire. It will kill a bit of the grip, slip a tad sooner, and let the other 3 tires pick up the load. You should not see much of a performance hit, and that tire will run cooler. That will kill a little body roll as well, so the car will feel a bit different. |

Today was a great day to run, only 10 car there. Had a great time! Can't wait to go back and work on my driving skills.... Which are pretty bad :( oh well till next time. |

Nice meeting you to. I'm uploading video to YouTube now so it should be ready soon. Don't get down on you're lap times. You were driving a good line, you just need to get a little more aggressive and use all that power you have. :) |
The video has 4 or 5 of my runs and a couple of Firecran's runs just before I left.
