Come and join us as the 2013 Cape Fear Autocross Championship Series Visits MCAS Cherry Point! The MCAS Cherry Pointis the premire SOLO event site in North Carolina and the NCR-SCCA Cherry Point TNT will be a Test & Tune and Novice School event to kick off the 2013 season.

Online pre-registration will close on Saturday, March 23rd at Noon. This is to ensure that the information needed for processing onto base is given to base officials with time to spare. To guarantee your spot, register early!!! We cannot guarantee access to base if we do not have your information in time.

There will be a Novice School held at this event. This will be held concurrently with the Test and Tune. There will be instruction on driving techniques, worker techniques, and ride alongs for those who need/want it.

Drivers must be 16 years of age and hold a valid drivers license. Drivers under 18 years of age must fill out a minor waiver. All vehicles must pass a technical inspection and helmets must be SNELL 2000 or newer. Loaner helmets are available.

Car Classing is up to the driver. To help with this a copy of the SCCA Solo (Autocross) Rule Book can be found here. There is also the 2013 Stock Classifications quick list if you are running a Stock Class.

Numbers must be displayed on both sides of the car and legible at a distance. We do not supply numbers for drivers. If you use painters tape be sure it is a contrasting color to your car.

Tech Inspection – 9:00am-10:00am
Novice Walk Through – 10:00am
Drivers Meeting – 10:20am <--Required Attendance
First Car Off – 10:45am
Fun Runs as time allows

Entry Fees:
$25.00 – SCCA Members and Active Military (Proper ID Required)
$35.00 – Non-Members (Includes SCCA Weekend Membership)
+$10.00 – Day of Event Registration
+$10.00 – Late Registration (After 8:45am)
$10.00 – Return Check Fee
