I know Rotary Resurrection is in TN, but I have no idea if it's anywhere near Nashville.

1 hour east of Knoxville. At least a few hours from Nashvegas..lol

No I did not. Just Nelson Mazda in Antioch

The only one I know of with good reviews is Redline Performance in Ashville, NC. Sorry it is a haul but your best bet.

There are a few guys around town that I would trust to assemble / rebuild an engine for me, but they're not a "shop" and very selective about what they're willing to do.

Kevin Landers at rotary resurrection is a good guy and does good work. There's also Mazmart in Atlanta, Angel motorsports, Chips Motorsports, etc.

If you're just wanting a basic rebuild, then I recommend pulling your motor and sending it to rotary resurrection. It's a base $1600 rebuild then the price goes up depending on hard parts that need to be replaced. if you want him to pull the motor and everything, then the price goes up from there. No matter what you do, you're going to spend some money. There is no cheep and reliable solution.

There is only 1 Mazda "master" certified rotary mechanic left in the USA. That would be Rick Engman at MazMart in Atlanta. He rebuilds all the 4 rotor race engines for the Mazda prototype cars.

Not saying the guys at Phantom Automotive can't do a good job. Just saying that it is a very... prestigious title that almost no one ACTUALLY has outside of the internal Mazda facilities in Japan.
