Selling parts car, minimal damage, aftermarket parts

I'm sorry to report that my beautiful car was recently sitting on the side of the street and got his from behind; the insurance co says it's a total loss. The left rear suspension is wrecked, and two body panels in that area are also messed up. They are only valuing the car at $7500, so they won’t repair it.
Aside from the replacement value, they will give me $1100 in "scrap value" for the car, which is insultingly low. I've been on this forum for 10 years and know what things sell for; you could easily get $5k for this car in parts.

Unfortunately I live/work in Manhattan and the car was in front of my parent's house in Nassau County (long island) when it was hit. It’s still sitting in front of the house right now. I do not have the time to part it out myself, nor a good place to work on it, so I'm offering the car AS IS; hopefully someone local in the RX8 community wants this and can make a nice profit from it.

It's a 2004 manual transmission, GT package with Red/Black leather interior, has all options except for navigation. Was running well before the accident (I have documents showing I took it for an oil change recently), right now its flooded, but I can vouch the engine is good. Engine is a factory replacement with only 25k miles on the short block; I have all paperwork regarding factory service.

Just to get an idea of what you can get for the parts on this thing:
Red/black leather seats: ($600+)
Engine($1500+)
6-speed transmission ($500+)

Aftermarket parts:
Borla cat-back exhaust ($400+)
OZ Ultraleggera wheels (one is pristine, one has a 1" scratch on it, and two were destroyed) ($300+)
progress technology sway bars, front and rear ($300+)
racing beat spring and tokico shocks all around ($400+)
Panasonic HD radio ($100)
ACT Streetlite flywheel ($100+)
Exedy racing stage 1 clutch (replaced 20k miles ago) ($100)

That's over $4000 right there, and doesn't include all the other bits that people are always selling that people want. And junkyards will buy body panels for good prices if you know where to go, those will go for at least $1000.

Anyways, anyone with a serious offer (I'm looking for $2500 Or Best Offer) who can commit to buying this within the next 2 weeks, please get in touch. You need to arrange to tow it.
Thanks,
Andrew

Note: to see the damage why the car is "totaled", look in the third photo. Hard to see in the thumbnails.

The first photo is from prior to the accident; all the others are of the car as it sits today.

post a pic that clearly shows the left rear quarter so people can see what the damage is, should sell quick once it doesn't look like you're hiding something

The third pic shows the body damage and the wheel at a totally off angle - the axle is messed up. It'd deceiving from the outside, the damage doesnt look that bad,. As I mentioned, I'm not physically where the car is located, so I'm not able to go snap more pics at the moment.

Nope, not hiding anything. Just dont have time to part it out myself. I'm really bummed about the whole thing, this was a personal loss to me far beyond the $, the car was a big part of my life for the past 10 years, so I'm just trying to move on and get the car gone ASAP.

Anyway, I have a tentative buyer lined up for next week, if it falls through for any reason I'll post again.
