I see a few red flags, but only a few, and one is difficult to tell if it's red or just a reflection of my red shirt in the looking glass. I'd ask the seller for closeup shots of the brake rotors and as much of the suspension as you can get (where the red possible reflection was), and try to get some photos up on a lift. It does look pretty good if you like red and everything checks out.

For any car from a salt area. An engine bay shot without the cover gives a lot of info as well. Very hard to hide the rust in that area.
