Im looking to try and sell my RX8. I bought this car just over a year ago with the intention of building a track car. Most of the parts and modifications I made were all with that in mind. I have left the Renesis pretty much stock, as I had envisioned a REW or 20B NA swap at some point.
the car had 113,000 miles when I bought it, and now has 114,500. I drive it to work daily right now, so that is changing.
Paint is fair, but is fading and the clear is starting to peel on the roof.
All new EBC brakes with new ,pads, rotors, stainless braided lines, and Motul Fluid.
Wheels are 17X9.75 XXR with 275/40/17 Federal SS595 tires.
New FEAL 441 Coilovers with Swift springs
I have a full set of Japspeed rear suspension arms i got from a member here, that are not yet installed.
Sikky solid rear subframe bushings also not installed.
The steering rack has been converted to a hydraulic rack with an electric power steering pump mounted in the trunk. It works well, but I would have probably run it off the engine mounted pump if I ever swapped it.
The Exhaust has a non catted mid pipe, and a 3" rear section with center exit dual tips. It sounds good, but not too crazy loud.
I do have the factory catted mid pipe that is in good condition, as well as almost evert stock part removed from the car.
I have a whole list of parts that I bought for this car. Some are installed, some are not. Anyone interested will get a spreadsheet with all the parts listed on it.
I also have a ton of pics from every step of the process this far.
