RX8Club.com - 2005 RX-8 Grand Touring MT Sunlight Silver

Well, this is not a post I have looked forward to, but the time has come. After 4 great years, I am selling my 8. I've wrestled with the decision for months, but have come to the decision that this is the best plan for me. Here's the details:

2005 RX8 Grand Touring with the Rotary Accent Package. Sunlight Silver, 6 speed, Leather, Sirius Satellite with the Bose radio, 87,000 highway miles. Every available option except NAV. I have an extended warranty to 100K that should transfer.

- currently has Kumho Ecsta SPT's with about 9-10K miles on them
- put Hawk brake pads on @ 60K (remember this is mostly highway miles - the OEM pads still had life left in them after 60K)
- new premium battery put in January 09
- new starter January 09
- new plugs (OEM) January 09
- I've kept up with oil and general maintenance, but my records honestly aren't good (I was planning on trading the car in)
- Full body paintless dent work June 08 (after hail damage) but he's one of the best in Northern Illinois, and he took out other dings/nicks as well, so body looks great.
- Car is in great shape inside and out, always garaged, never tracked or autocrossed.

Returned to stock, I'm asking $12,695.

Or, with current accessories (listed below) I'm asking $13,200.

Current accessories - Borla Catback, Mazdaspeed Carbon Fibre shift knob, Pettit Racing radio knob, Rotary 13b valve stems, Rotary 13b Oil Cap, and Mazdaspeed license plate frame.

I also have winter tires and rims (Kazera KZ-A with Dunlop Wintersport M3's that have 3 winters on them) Price with all accessories including winter rims/tires - $13,695.
