06 Manual GT Gray Roller

BLOWN ENGINE. Nicholas county WV $3500 USD

2006 GT, MT, Heated leather and mirrors, Premium sound, Spoiler, Does NOT have nav.

Engine blown at 101k Miles. factory wheels in good shape. interior has no rips or tears. dash is dried/cracked around passenger airbag (common issue) does not have original shift knob. I bought this car at 100k miles with a failing engine and expected it to live long enough for me to save up for a rebuild before it completely failed, it did not. Now I'm in debt for a car I can't use and can't afford to fix.

Few cosmetic flaws, you can see the dent on the driver side fender here and if you zoom in you should be able to see a spot where the front and rear doors meet where each is pushed in a little at their edges and under the driver handle. It's hardly noticeable in person and I'm told it can be repaired without repainting. there are some scuffs in that area too but they should buff out, the damage was caused by an unpainted plastic bumper and didn't gash the paint but there was a pre-existing gash above it around 5" long and another around 2" long on the opposite side rear door. I would still say its in good shape though, all the body damage could be repaired in under a day (according to my uncles body shop) I had planned on doing all that after I rebuilt the engine and had some money to spare, may possibly still do so in order to sell the vehicle.

If I can't sell it I'll be saving for a new engine and I'm on the lookout for a decent used engine to swap in in the meantime but we'll see which comes first.

These are the specs I had Mazda send me for the vin registry because the dealer didn't even know what trim level it was. I didn't include the standard specs sheet they sent but these were the selected options.

Please don't bash the price, read the forum rules, if you don't like it move on or send a PM. if you make a low offer, do it privately.

I owe $3,600 on the car so understand I'm already shorted due to payments made, interest paid, taxes, titling, inspection, spark plugs, k&n air filter, cleaners and elbow grease, catch can, transport of the vehicle from out of state to my residence etc.

If I had the money I would replace the engine and sell it, it books for 8K and you can find low mileage engines for around $2000 or even buy a professionally rebuilt engine with a few upgrades for $3000 that comes with a 1 year unlimited warranty. taking the second option would put you at a $6500 investment on a car that has a loan value of over 8K which as I said, was my plan but I just don't have the money to do that and still buy another car to get me to work while I fix this one. I really wish I did.

I just want to stop bleeding money now. I knew I was going to spend some money on this car but I expected to be pouring money into a car that could still get me to work and now I have to find a second vehicle for that purpose and still pay for this one.
