Zymol??

I have used it a while back. It is OKAY stuff but there are better products out there for about the sample price. I believe Zymol is made by the same people who make Turtle Wax. I was told... if you look on a bottle of Zymol and a bottle of Turtle Wax, the company address is the same on both. I think for a little extra money, the Meguiars NXT is a better deal and a better wax.

People are always adamant that Zymol is Turtle Wax because of the address labeling on Zymol. That may be true, but it could be the Turtle is just manufacturing their (Zymol's) formula. This is done in lots of industries. For example, beer...Stroh's makes a TON of beer, for a LOT of beer companies. Each brand is brewed and bottled right in the same Stroh's facility, they just use each brands recipe. You'd be surpripsed how many "micro" breweries are actually brewed and bottled there. This might be the same for the Zymol/Turtle Wax relationship.

I love the ingredients, the way it smells and how rich it feels to apply. It's just fun stuff and it gives a great deep shine and doesn't leave any crud in the nooks and crannies.
I'm talking about their paste waxes, not the pourable cleaner-wax version of Zymol that you find in a lot of stores. This is not your father's Turtle Wax. I also like their "HD Cleanse" - basically clay in a bottle. |
Will the HD Cleanse really remove all of the stubborn insects and bird poo?

yes, here is how i do it:
Clear auto bath HD cleanse detail wax on the bumpers Japon wax semms great but I will admit only last a week at best |
I have been using Zymol on my VR 8 for two years and have been very pleased. It darkens the finish slightly (which I like), gives a great shine and lasts a reasonable amount of time.

I'm a Zymol sniffer too.
It's definitely not Reptile, Turtle or any of the other stuff. Easier to use than any synthetic, never swirls, lasts long. |
as for nxt being better maybe but i prefer eagle 1 nano wax

That's one the best wax from Switzerland, its not just the product itself that makes ur car shine, u gotta know how to use it. Most cars that undergo the Zymol treatment (fortunately available in my country) comes out better looking than a new car from factory or from Meguaire's (Good Product but lack of expertise in my country) coz Zymol (they supposingly only employ those who took a course in their waxing product) will have 2 person waxing ur car for the whole day. The supervisor told me about the percentage of carnauba in the different wax specifically for different colored cars. The waxing kit itself cost over US$1000!!!
