Removing touch up paint/clear coat

Is there anything that will remove previously put on touch up paint and its clear coat ?? Last year i touched up my paint chips with the mazda pen that has the paint on one end and the clear coat on the other. Big mistake !!!1 I put the clear coat and you can see the touch up clear coat. Im trying to remove any previous touch up work so i can re touch up everything and use langka. Ive tried paint thinner... nothing. So is there anything that will for sure remove previous put on touch up paint and its clear coat :wallbash:

Use a 2000 grit paper first, do a couple strokes with a block sander and some water. then go over that again with 3000 grit. make sure to wet the sand paper as well. me and my friend just started up a mini detailing company on the side. heres the result after doing this to my 8. (I also used my 3 step 6 speed buffer afterwards)

top is buffed, bottom is not

I dont see why that wouldnt work! Just be careful. Dont over do the strokes though, or else youll cut through the clear coat. :banghead:

And make sure you compound, polish, and wax afterwards.
