Just bought microfiber towels for less than 50 cents each..

Gotta love Costco baby. I just bought a 16 pack of Detailing Partner Microfiber Towels for $7.20 (+ tax). You detailing freaks with Costco memberships should take advantage, or make nice with someone who has one.

Sound like a good deal, but usually you get what you pay for.

Can you check the label and see if they are 100% cotton, or a cotton/poly blend?

If theyre 100% cotton I'll have to pick some up.

Hmmm....70% polyester....30% polyamide. Doesn't matter to me though. I'm not the type of person that would notice the small difference. In fact none of the microfibers I've ever purchased were 100% cotton and they've always done an impecible job as far as I'm concerned.

I use the Costco mf towels to dry the car after a wash and apply/buff the detail spray. They work great.

And in case of emergency, they can be used signal passing airplanes (they are BRIGHT yellow). :D :D

oooh...thanks for the heads up!!!!!

They also have 4-packs of sheepskin wash mitts. Don't remember the price but it was something like $3 for each mitt. Another great Costco deal for us 8 lovers.

Zaino recommends 100% cotton, but I've been using the Costco microfiber towels without issue

Costco rocks, I always spend too much in there though :(

You'd think Costco would sell cheap shit, because of their low prices, but I'm surprised at the high quality of their products, except their tire department (not the tires themselves but the low quality of their personnel.)

I have only used costo's towels on the interior of my car. 70/30 split is the best kind of microfiber, but I have picked up some higher quality towels for use on the exterior of my car. I'd rather spend a couple extra bucks than risk getting scratches from towels :|. Just my opinion though. Although they do work good on the interior and dash from what I have used them for.

I have used the Costco yellows since my girl was one day old and they are fantastic. I'd be more concerned about some of the cheap 100% cottons I have used in the past.
