Congrats to Zach Hobbs for a steller comeback Sunday morning to ****** a strong CS 2nd place away from a large group of 370/350 Z's . Good driving Zach.

Zach drove really well...much better than the rest of us RX-8 folks! a very nice showing against some higher-hp cars on what i thought was a very power-friendly course.

edit: and especially when the 370s were cutting 2.0X 60-ft times while the RX-8 was coming in around 2.2.

i was working while STR was running, and was surprised to see that the MX-5 was consistently as quick or quicker through 200 ft than whatever S2k it was matched up against.

I had a great time battling with the S2000's this weekend and watching C-stock, STX and the Thompson RX7 battle it out on a very challenging ProSolo course. The MX5 is coming along, we now have 90% of the power additions on the car with just some suspension fine tuning and final weight reduction items to complete before Nationals. It's amazing how much the car has changed since the Dixie Tour in March.

Can't wait for Lincoln, just wish I could compete in more than one class !
