Shocks/springs for tarmac rally

Hi guys does anyone have any experience in a shock/spring combo that dosnt lower the car to much it's for use in Tarmac rally .
I have been thinking about the k-sport rally ones but I would like to hear anyone with experience ?
Maybe a yellow koni/eibach would work I have been happy with that on other cars before. However I don't know the rates on the springs.

Any suggestions ? Only two restrictions is that I don't want 30+mm drop and I'm not allowed to use external canister shocks

Best regards Rasmus from Denmark

If you have the budget it would be worth talking to fatcat motorsports for a custom build.

Alternativly you could see if you can adapt a set of bilstein pss by swapping springs and revalving the ahocks to match.

Or, keep the factory springs and add a set of bilstein HD shocks may be a good option.

The Mazda distributor here used MCA suspension in their tarmac rally rx8 project They were 3 way external canister for that use. They do produce non-canister cheaper units, but they'll certainly be more money than k-sport.

Always found cheap suspension in a rally car is a particularly poor option, whereas you can get away with it more in a circuit environment.

An Ohlins setup like this could be good:

I've done a lot of tarmac rally in Mexico and have found the stock suspension to be a good actually. However, your roads in Europe are probably much better so something stiffer and lower would probably work fine.
