need 09 road track engine feed back

any 09 owners out there that are road tracking their cars and monitoring some data? I havent seen any:uhh:
There are several changes in the 09 engine that may affect coolant/oil temps and oil volumne useage?
Give us some feedback about this so we can discuss any differences seen---if any.
Curious about how the new omp is working.

I'm sure Jason Saini of MER racing will have some experience with this soon. My cousin works over there. I will see if they get any data. I'll have an '09 tranny in my car in a couple weeks... looking foreward to that!

I have an 09 sport with 2700 miles of mostly light city driving and under these conditions it is using 1 qt / 800 miles. I expect once I start to AutoX it here in the north country that oil usage will rise. I am new to the car but have several friends that AutoX theirs 04-06 models and it seems that my oil usage is well above their experiences.

i would really like to get 1st hand differences between the models--i have a feeling the 09 engine version is going to be a much better engine.

An 09 engine just sold on ebay Sunday night from a reputable mazda guy. I got the tranny from it. I think it sold around $3000 or less. less than 1000 miles on it.
It was velocity red... I wanted the bumpers sooo bad.... priorities first though, DOH!
