The Grand-Am season is about to kick-off at the Daytona 24 hour race, and after 5 practice sessions over the last few days, this is how the overall combined top fastest times in the GT class shaped up for all sessions...

did not see any times from today, but the 69 looks damn fast... on a side note.. the 350z in gt sounded like rice... the exhaust note was really really ugly.. beers :beer: |

Hopefully someone can get some sound from the 69 GT car. A good friend of mine was working on exhaust design and construction for that on behalf of Mazda.

The #69 car looks really good, I really like the rear fenders with those big fat tires. I hope they bring those cars to the Barber race this year, I was disappointed that they did not have it there in 2006. How much of the 24 hour race will be televised, I need to start making room on the DVR. :)

they are going to race the entire season :ylsuper: they normally televised 10 to 12 hours
