AEM comes with a CARB sticker. I would think Racing Beat would too. hmmm.

I've spoke with AEM and they can provide the CARB sticker upon request to all owners - whether they bought it new or used. Here is the CARB sticker request form: (Attached with this message as a pdf attachment). Also, they are registered as a CARB Approved intake and every CHP, Sheriffs, or Police agency has access to the same database. Basically, RB is a great intake but not CARB approved. AEM/MS is a great intake, but they went as far to get the CARB exempt status and etc. |

Actually.....the only intakes with CARB EO# are the AEM/Mazdaspeed Intake. They're both made by AEM, it's just that the MS one has a MS badge on it.
