WTB: Shifter knob, console cover, front rotary accent, etc.

Looking to do some cosmetic fixes to my 2004 GT. I am looking for the following:

shifter knob
console cover --where front cup holders are --- (latch broke)
front floor mats (mine are now gray, want black)
front rotary accent
chrome fender strakes (mine show pits)
