WTB: 17" RIM/ and or Snow Tire setup. Tristate area

Hey everyone IM looking for a winter setup my rear tires are shot so I have been lurking the boards to see if anyone has any old winter rubber and rim setups they are looking to get ride of before i go somewhere to purchase completely new stuff. Im in rockland county NY if you are relatively local that would be nice. Let me know.
