very nice! i fixed email thing. some how it was checked for not excepting emails on forum. :-/

You get alot of water in your engine bay huh?

2tone 07-28-2009 10:58 AM

hood looks great.

does that 1st pic have a reflection or some sort, or is the hood red cf??

Chris 07-28-2009 11:13 AM

im in fl... any pics of the front bumper?

FlashFire8 07-28-2009 07:54 PM

Im gona post the bumper pictures tomm :wiggle:

actually the hood does get water but doesn't hit anything important
the water doesn't touch the engine

and the lower vents by the tip of the bumper which the water hits the intake black box

i have an aem intake and it doesn't hit the maf

in summer its kinda cool becuse you can see the heat wave leave your engine
it really does help keep your bay cooler

nvrfalter 07-29-2009 03:00 AM

Z0oMzo0m 07-29-2009 03:19 AM

how was the fitment on the hood? is it snug? any gaps anywhere?

How much aligning did you have to do?

Chris 07-29-2009 10:27 AM

still waiting on pics :)

Not sure of my place in line, but I'm Interested in the hood.

Also interested in the bumper (pending pics). It is Sunlight Silver correct? Major/Minor fitment issues?

I live in Orlando/Oviedo area 10 minutes from UCF. I am willing to meet halfway or drive to you. Let me know. Thanks!

SRRY ITS BEEN A BUSY DAY AT WORK

I NEVER TOOK THE TIME TO PERFECTLY FIT THE HOOD BUT WITH MINOR ADJUSTMENTS IT'LL BE PERFECT ID RATE BOTH THE BUMPER AND HOOD A FITMENT OF 9/10

AGAIN IM NOT A PRO AT BODY WORK
HERE YOU GO GUYS ENJOY :mdrmed:

THE SMALL PAINT THATS MISSING WAS WHEN I WAS WORKING ON MY CAR AND MY TOOLBOX HIT THE BUMPER
PAINT CHIPPED OF BUT THE BUMPER HAS NO DAMAGE WHATSOEVER ITS POLYURETHANE

it does fit pretty nice.

I dont know if i want all the vents, when it rains. I would can see very hard to keep engine bay clean. :-/

Hard to tell in pics. But are there any faded spots yet in the hood? I know if you dont take great care of carbon fiber clear coat, it can go to waste very quick.

FlashFire8 07-30-2009 12:02 PM

there's only like 2 small minor faded parts but its on the edges and its literally not visibly unless you get up close to it

i always wax and wipe my hood when it gets dust on it
and always put a cover on it when parked at my house

Chris 07-30-2009 01:54 PM

any cracks/scraps on or under the bumper?

No there are no cracks or scraps on the hood
the hood is literally brand new and very well taken care off

Chris 07-31-2009 09:54 AM

i was asking about the bumper

ohh crap my bad
i just woke up lol

no the bumper has no cracks at all

but it has minor scrapes at the bottom which youll need to put the car on a lift in order to see them

other than that its perfect
