recovered passenger dash airbag cover
 

this is a recovered passenger airbag cover (right side, for left hand drive vehicle). it was recovered in vinyl that is a good match for the factory dash. it looks like the mounting clips are in decent shape except one. the dash vent will not stay open but it pulls out and can be separately replaced. this was in the car when I bought it but I want to get the airbag recall done and mazda would not do the recall because of the modified airbag cover. i got an OEM cover so am selling this one. since this may affect airbag function, I only want to sell this to someone who has removed the passenger airbag like for a track or drift car so confirm that if you want to buy it. $120 shipped in continental US, payment by paypal or venmo.

Can you tell me who or where you used to cover the passenger side air bag cover?Thanks jim

it was done before I got the car. i think PO just got some vinyl and attached it with spray adhesive. note this probably messes up the airbag function and mazda dealer wouldn't do the airbag recall because cover had been modified.
