Yes comes with the two brackets, as long as you have the mounting holes in your trunk!

Be careful that all brackets are present. They are NOT available from Mazda separately. If you do not have all of them you are out of luck. Look at photos of a full kit to be sure. This is a great deal if it is complete.
BTW, there are not mounting holes in the trunk for this. It uses existing studs that are in the trunk. A bracket in the spare tire kit attaches to the existing studs. Then clamps in the spare tire kits attaches the pictured crossbar to this bracket. There are also shims in the spare tire kits that are not a big deal to reproduce if needed, and there is a rubber pad in the kit that gets riveted to the top of the trunk cross bar, again, not a big deal to reproduce. But you need the brackets and clamps. |
