Box has been opened, however I never had time to install the unit. I know this is usable for the early years, along with Mazda 6 - however I do not know about the new series or other models. Please see the attached photo. Contains instructions and screws for installation. (More detailed instructions are in booklet.) Does not have the face plate - both the single disc plate and 6 disc plate will work with unit, there is no difference.
