I bought the shift boot and the transaction was smooth for about the first day. My wife emailed the seller with our new address (we moved recently and it was wrong on pay pal). I PM'd the seller with our new address. I got a PM back saying it would go out the next day. It went out a few days later (which is fine), but to the wrong address (which is not). Now I have to deaql with some crazy bitch who lives in my old house who says she doesn't have it (even though fedex has her name and signature) to try to get my part. This sucks.

Not completely the sellers fault here. Plenty of blame to go around (myself included). I just wish the right address was used. I sent an e-mail and PM with the right address! Seemed pretty easy to me. End rant!

I don't want the 20 back. I don't think I will ever get this item, but I'm sure you shipped it, granted to a different address than I asked for. This is the first purchase I have ever through this or any forum, and will likely be the last.

Whats funny is my wife told me to wait until we could get the address on paypal fixed, but I told her that members of this site look out for each other and it would be fine.

This market place exists because members of this site trust that other members of this site will make sales here in an honest way, and will look out for each other.

The addy on my paypal is not the one I live in, ie I have 5 places I live in.
I spent different times in different places. Since I do not have a daily job,, ie i trade on the
net on puter so can do that from anywhere.

Seller should have made sure the addy was correct.

If you use payapl, person shipping should ALWAYS use the address on file. NEVER send to another address because paypal will FUCK YOU over if ANYTHING goes wrong. he sent to the address that Paypal has. Sellers should never send to another address, specially when asked AFTER the transaction took place.

Seller ALWAYS have to send to the paypal address, regardless of what the buyer says. Any experienced paypal/ebay user would know this, seller did no wrong there. He's even offered to refund the $20 time and time again! Frustrating for this buyer, perhaps. In the end, however, the seller did offer to refund the money to attempt to right any wrongs, even when they were not technically his fault.

As far as the wheels, why wasn't a claim filed with the shipper for insurance? Why wasn't a dispute started via paypal? Coming and talking trash on a forum does a whole lot less than even attempting to get your money back! Also, buyer claims all the wheels were bent - how would the seller have bent all of the wheels. Virtually no car accident possible would cause that to happen. I don't think the seller would just pull out of thin air that the buyer posed as a Police sergeant and demanded for money back. That in itself shows the maturity of that buyer right there...

For some strange reason I am siding on the seller's side here. Seems he had a couple unpleasant sales that, for one reason or another, left the buyer on a sour note.

Words to the seller - If I were you I would start a fresh account here, make some posts in sections that prove you're at least a bit reputable, lay low, and get on with life.

What made me believe seller is a scam artist is this:
Seller sent me a PM with nasty stuff,curse words, etc, pm that I re posted.
Scam artists always get defensive, curse, etc. just like this seller did.

The fact that buyer acted as if he was the law,,puts a bit of doubt in buyer's story
Buyer should have filed compaint with shipping company. not the seller,
