Do you have a specific use case for the Cobb AP?
The device alone does nothing more than what you can do with a kiwi plx device and a tablet.


But if you can get one that comes with the paired ATR software ...

That opens the gates.

I mainly want it so I can turn up my OMP duty cycle, and turn off the CEL after I hollow my cat.

You'll need the ATR software to do those modifications.
I believe you can still get the ATR software after paying for a short tuning lesson from Cobb.
(Maybe 100 usd????)
You'll need to check the Cobb site.


When the Cobb was first released you could get the ATR software for free without doing some online tuning session.

You might as well get MazdaEdit or Versatuner. Both of those will do the same and are currently supported by their manufacturers.

Very true, but the Accessport lets you view things on the fly. I don’t want to have to keep my laptop in the car.
