They're really nice rims and excellent tires at a very fair price. It's just a bit late in the Winter season, so you're not getting a lot of hits (if it were November they'd be sold already). Patience grasshopper; I'm sure they'll sell. :)

Do these have the tire pressure monitors?

they do not have tpms installed.

I bought a set of those tires for my stock 18" wheels about a month and a half ago... probably the best winter rubber you can get (without going for the blizzak studless). If you had been selling these back then, I would have pm'ed you right away. Good luck!
