sorry to drag this up but does the fitting of this spoiler require the existing rear lip on the boot to be removed?

looks wicked mate. Does your rx8 have a lip sppoiler on the boot? Did it have to be removed to put the spoiler on?

it will fit. at worst you have to mount this spoiler 1/2" forward.
