White RX-8 at Seattle Auto Show
 

I finally got to see a white RX-8 at the Seattle Auto Show yesterday. It looked sweet, better than I'd expected. The paint is pearlescent so that adds some depth detail to the shape which otherwise would look too bland in white.

While I was there I got a picture of the Carerra GT which was next to the Mazda stand. Now that's an awesome looking car, but to be honest, looking back at a black RX-8 on the Mazda stand, I thought it compared well to it's more expensive German rivals. After a year of RX-8 ownership I still look at my car and think "wow, that's an awesome looking car!"

Man I was there drooling over that Porsche also. Did you make it to Azteca for the meeting? I had to leave early.

I didn't go to the meeting but I did see a Tit RX-8 parked outside the convention center. Not sure who's that was.

Best overhead comment at the Mazda stand:

"Oh look, that's the new R by 8"

Made me want to reach for my clue by 4 ;)
