Well she’s from Virginia and she doesn’t have to have one on the front, but on the other hand I live in Maryland and have to have them both on.

Virginia most certainly DOES require two plates.

They do? well shes from VA and shes been pulled over for speeding and they said nothing about the tags in the front not being there.
