please tell me that you took your wheel off on FLAT ground....

fannin522 03-03-2008 12:17 PM

nope jack wouldnt go under so i had to get it on a incline to get it under worked fine

8 Maniac 03-03-2008 12:41 PM

why'd you take the wheel off?

fannin522 03-03-2008 12:46 PM

because to replace those bulbs with the stealth ones you go from the under the wheel and i couldnt get to it with the wheel on so i took it off

TopGear8 03-03-2008 01:34 PM

Cool, now get some new wheels.

next time try cranking the wheel all the way in each direction. ...worked for me!

Sure does. So you going to get some for the rear turn signals too?

imput1234 03-03-2008 08:41 PM

Looking good man!

Mazurfer 03-03-2008 08:46 PM

In opinion they are worth it, but just for the turn signals. I have them on all corners. LED's everywhere else!
It looks a lot better than looking at egg yolks.
Oh....and for the OP.........that was not a very smart thing to do. Please just turn the wheels one direction and then the other, you can get to them if you do that and you won't run the risk of killing yourself....as someone already said above. Not that you would have this time replacing just the bulbs, but what about next time when you are further under there? Go buy a low profile racing jack.

I thought I was seeing yellow in the tail light. I'll look closer. Oh yeah. So what is the yellow spot?

Mazurfer 03-03-2008 09:07 PM

Easy.............I didn't re-look at the pics he posted, but I know if you are looking from an certain angle off to the side, you will see some small amount of yellow.

imput1234 03-03-2008 09:09 PM

Sorry I did not read your entire post. Deleted.

No worries............I wasn't being an @ss, I just don't wanna see you get injured (or worse). Low profile jack and jack stands FTW! Get them when you are able if you plan to do a lot of modding, you'll be glad you did. Car look good BTW!

Is there a little bit of yellow showing on the back of the bulb? Hmmm.

I'm not the OP man. I do have a jack, just was stating a fact but I didn't read the very end of your previous message. :)
