Painted Vents - Pic Request
 

Someone told me there was a pic of a painted front fender vent. I have used the search feature with a few different combinations of words, and also look through all of the pics in the new Zip file with all the pics in it. Cant find anything.

Some help would be appreciated.

ahhh....in the DIY area...didnt think to look there. I think i limited my search to this folder, i figured this is where a pic of it would be.


but thank you for your time. i try not to ask questions i can answer myself, but couldnt find it and wanted to do them today.

also just ordered my clear sidemarkers that i found the link to in that thread...so double thanks!


silver vents and clear sides will look great on black 8...dont ya think?

By the way, my DIY thread was posted there after we created the DIY area. This is a better DIY on removing the vents. And this is the thread I think I originally saw with colors.

I must admitt I'm having problems keeping paint on my side vents currently. I'm no paint expert so I doubt my experience would be indecitive of what everyone else would expereince.

And when unscrewing those pop bolts, hole the other circle when turning with the screwdriver or the whole thing rotates.
