The yellows are so cool, congrats! But I think light-colored cars somehow look better with lighter wheels. Can't tell from your pix, but if you haven't already, give her a full wash/wax/detailing and, no matter where you are or what cars are near you, she'll be the most noticeable car around.
Have fun! |
Nice...and take that moisture off inside your tail lights...lol

Looks clean man, great start. Where are you lcoated?

My only suggestion would be addressing reliability issues, make sure you are starting on fresh oil, etc. |
I've found 2 ways to deal with the tail lights, some folks seal them up and others (like myself) drill tiny pinholes in the bottom to dry them out. I tried sealing mine and it just never seemed to take, I've since drilled tiny holes in a few spots at the bottom and mine never fog anymore, it's been about 2-3 years since I did that and no ill effects or problems with moisture etc.
Your car looks lowered as well, I'd be curious to know what suspension it has, might want to get the alignment checked as some folks lower their cars and never get that done afterwards which can cause problems down the road a bit. |
drill tiny pinholes in the bottom +1, work for me !!!!
|
welcome to the LY brotherhood. Best color for group drives. it can always been seen.
|
cheers guys..
yep its been lowered slightly.. Im gonna drill the pin holes in the lights on the weekend.. hopefully it works.. Im gonna give it a quick service this weekend too, what do you all suggest i change? Oil, Spark Plugs, Coils... And is it a good idea to remove the cat in these cars? |
why don't you try this first: http://www.rotaryfx.com/product_p/lig1056.htm
as for service, need to know whats your mileage before change the spark plugs, coils etc.. usually for quick service just change the oil, filter and clean the air filter too.. anyway this might help, if you really need to change :) https://www.rx8club.com/mazmart-88/rx8-tune-up-parts-cheap-212806/ as for cat, i wouldn't remove the cat unless it died ;) |
