Thanks! Out of curiosity, and at the risk of sounding like a total n00b, what exactly is a Belkam Award?

Every time I see a Metropolitan Gray RX-8 I'm like hey there's my first RX-8!!! I hope it went to a good home and it hasn't been destroyed by a rotary newb.
