I need to go buy myself a new impact gun. I'll try again in the morning. |

^um, that is either graphic or I am missing something....
Oh and on a side note, if suicide is your way to go, nail gun won't do the job, it won't hit your primitive part of your brain (the part the keeps you in veg state). So why are we talking about fail here? :dunno: |
Can't get the front pulley bolt out. Jeefs impact is not torquey enough. I've volunteered a couple of my larger breaker bars,
18" 3/4" drive and a 24" 1/2" drive. And my Impact. Hopefully it will come apart tomorrow. |
hopefully..
|
That was fun. :)
|
I should rephrase that. It will come apart tomorrow.
|
I'm telling you, use your teeth!

Erick, Jeff... why do those bolts are a pity to looen at times? Thermal problems (heat\cooling cycles and deformation) or something else?
|
They are put on with 500 ft/lbs of torque.
They've been torched, frozen and smacked around. I'm off to Harbor Freight in a few moments. Back in the garage in a few hours. |
go get a flametorch :)
