Just fitted my new front air dam thought i would show you all! Pretty easy to install once the bumper comes off!

congrats on getting it installed.
any more plans for mods? They are addicting once you start...

dsavin 02-06-2011 03:53 AM

Yeah tell me about it.... LOL. Thinking of the side and back flares next. Nothing too radical

RX8Soldier 02-06-2011 12:47 PM

awesome job! If I don't end up finding a MS front by the summer, I'll probably be doing the air dam. Where did you purchase it from?

dsavin 02-06-2011 05:39 PM

Just look on ebay (international) and there is a guy on there who has loads of OEM Mazda parts, be carful though before you put it on. Scratch a small part of the bumper on the back to see if it is primered of repainted because sometimes he doesnt primer. But it seems like mine is perfect so there you go! It makes such a difference to the look.

SayNoToPistons 02-06-2011 05:44 PM

Cant go wrong with the factory air dam. I cant stand OEM bumpers without it.

dsavin 02-06-2011 05:47 PM

Yeah i know i didnt mind before i got it but now i can see the difference, it looks so much more complete witht the Dam! Also from the side it looks amazing. Which car is yours in your signature.?

SayNoToPistons 02-08-2011 11:00 PM

Left. Elise S240 in the middle belongs to a friend and the right RX8 belongs to Hockey on the forum.

Not correctly, you have to drill holes. Removing the bumper is easy, if you are scared of that then do not try and install the front air damn, you will screw it up.

Looks great. Makes a big difference.
