I love your interior. I wanted a WB and planned on doing that had I bought one. One of the few things I'm not crazy about on the 8 is the interior when it's all black—with its smallish windows, it feels too dark to me. But with the colored seat inserts—or the parchment leather, like mine :)—I really like it.

terri is a female
the wing may of been why ;) you beat me at the car show last week :) :) ms wing would look better, I know someone selling one also |
That is EXACTLY how i want to do my interior........ blue suede is the way to go!...
How much did it set you back? I want that interior to match the color theme of my rims.... sexy... |
THe interior looks nice. but totally not feeling the stickers (do they give you 20psi of boost each?) and the giant wing.
im going to do mine in polka dots.
Nice, well I have to one up you and do zebra stripes then.
interior looks great. i want to know how much it ran you though.
I'd love to have some black and gray interior in my Ti 8. |
anyone notice the blue paint on the side mirrors...Not sure I like paint on top of that bumpy plastic...looks kinda weird to me. Maybe a close up will help me decide. It could just be that I haven't seen anyone else do that to the mirror is why it may look weird to me...I dont know....
i like the car......nice wing too. Dont let the hatas get you down. Nice!!!!
Interior suede looks hot man! nicely done.
Great work, How much? I had my old RSX done in Blue leather the same exact way.
ok...first i am a female, thanks Kel for setting that straight & nice meetin u the other nite at the meet... and good eye on spotting the mirrors kwescott, but they are not bumpy...the shop sanded them smooth, just like the rear end of the body kit (orig. black from the factory if u remember) and they debadged it too.. ...the stickers r comin off as soon as i get the new body kit...the interior was cheap since the shop is kinda sponsoring me (only $1000) and they still have to do the shift boot and some parts on the console and dash
nice.... I was thinking about doin the same thing except leather on leather, not a real fan of suede.... but beautiful job!
TerriRX8 did you have that done by Auto Image on 18 in East Brunswick? Looks good.
1k is fair for that work. any more pics? The wing is not my style but I know you are not done yet so we will see. My RSX had about 20k into it and never saw worse than second place. My RX8 will bee all function.

the chrome rims kill the car
I love the interior, too. It really stands out.

While you still have your apron on, can you bake me a pie? (=0P
that interior looks soooooooooooooooooooooo comfy!!!
daz tight.
but for a grand, wow, i'd rather stick with plain leather. a $1000 cosmetic upgrade seems very pricey, too rich for my blood. :wiggle: |
wow you guys are harsh.....the interior was what is in question and being showed off here...pay attention!.....i have seen it in person and it looks good.....i just dont get all the negativity on this site...and the sad part is that no one says anything!....some of you are insulting to the person and the car.....WOW......

Suede inserts look good on your ride.
Interesting aproach painting the side mirror covers. If I painted the black section I would do piano black. Nice thing is the small painted section pops off. So painting the the section underneath is easy and there is not any taping to do. Adding color can make them look bigger they do a great job of giving the optical illusion that they are small with the little painted cover. The color also takes the point away that the front window comes to where the mirrors are. Noticed this model already has the mirror and mount painted: http://img201.imageshack.us/img201/3...572bf58jc1.jpg |
