Annnd here's my favorite car ever!
https://cimg1.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.rx8...a5e43ca777.jpgSecond day of owning it. Getting a nice wash :) Things I am looking to do are getting some new brake rotors as they came with it pretty rusty. I need new tires (the tread line is showing through in a spot now). I want to get the calipers either Red, Chromed, or Blue. Maybe new wheels. HKS Hi-Power exhaust sounds great but I am debating rather going for a better exhaust vs. sound. I wanna add an integrated 1440p 60fps dash cam and a backup camera all linked up to a double DINN Android radio. https://cimg2.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.rx8...4094307c82.jpgJust another angle. https://cimg3.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.rx8...f939eae001.jpgAnd the interior still looks amazing! :D https://cimg4.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.rx8...b58f7bcb72.jpgTook it to get groceries at my parents request. I purchased this as my first self-owned car. I had a Chevy Cobalt LS from 2007 that my dad was nice enough to let me use (and basically have). It was his commuting car, but it's paid off and I decided I'd let my brother who is driving now have it and I would go ahead and get a rotary. A lot of work sometimes, but myself, 2 brothers, and my dad are all motorheads who love to work on mechanics so it's totally worth it. |
^ congrats on the new addiction.
I'm patiently waiting to be able to drive mine again, here's a photo from last weekend. Pulled it out of the garage to change someone's oil and came back to this :eyetwitch https://cimg4.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.rx8...075630b6b0.jpg |
Nice find and welcome to the Klub.

I didn't drive it because there was still rocksalt/cinders on the road. hopefully once it's warmed up I'll have time to paint the calipers black :fingersx: they are alot more noticeable now |
Haha, I'm just bugging man, I live in Canada don't try and tell me about snow and potholes! :nopity::lol2:
