Panoz was a little more of an open course, with a little more track time. However, NASA was more informative and a learned a heck of a lot more about high speed driving.

CGRX8- Both look well-suited for the NG. Did you paint the second set yourself? Where did you come up with the NG paint? I've been toying around with PS, and have almost decided to darken my wheels to about the shade of your set, just not green. I like your look, though... Makes me reconsider... Would have to be two-toned, also.

Hi, Nordic has been dropped here inthe UK, i had a struggle to get one when i ordered mine in July 2005. I finally opted for a factory order, to my suprise they ask what combination of leather i wanted, so i went for the Black and terrocata/tan. i finally picked up my 8, 4 months later and wow! is it popular. I'm not sure if it is unique or one of many, but i hav'nt seen one since with the same combonation.

I don't have a good picture but I bought my Nordic Green RX-8 August of 2004. I really love the color - depending on the lighting it can look anything from Black to deep green, to a deep rich blue green. (we live just up from the beach so maybe the light off the seawater brings this out).
Right now it's been sitting in the driveway for a week due to icy and snowy weather. When the Potenza's wear out, I plan to replace them with some all season radials to handle the snow. I've seen some posts referencing tires that are just as good in summer and still handle the bad weather. Right now with the Potenza's driving in snow is an "adventure" That's what we have the Outback for :-)

hands down the green is one of the best colors and doesnt just look green but in certain shades it looks black and some sort of blue. well not bad for just one color. in my opinion is the best. My 04 is nordic green i would like to post the pictures but dont know how to any directions?

Well done guys. Love the darker colors on 8's and Nordic Green shows well. You guys also have some nice mods and lowered effects. Dropping 8's a bit make them look so much nicer.

You know...I got to thinking. We are almost like a Shinka (without the extra foam and stitched leather, etc) since there were not many nordic greens made and they were only made for one year.

I'd really like to somehow find out exactly how many were made. It'd be cool to see that my is 1 of "1837" made in NG with x package and x interior color. I know it's a big deal when it comes to older muscle cars, and they were made 40+ years ago! Why can't I find that out about mine?
