Good luck with the build!

I thoroughly enjoy a awesome build. I plan on keeping it simple since the car is already sexy as hell.

hoosier1104 11-09-2013 06:22 AM

ordered a suede w/ red stitching shift boot and NRG carbon fiber shift knob.

I am going to be adding some after market gauges. I am going to use the RB gauge pod. I am going to be running a oil pressure, water temperature and AF ratio gauge. Is there anything extra I need to get? I am going to be running full sweep electric gauges.

Carbon8 12-24-2013 02:25 PM

Get the lotek pod instead the RB pod IMO is not that good. Both quality and functionally.

hoosier1104 12-24-2013 04:23 PM

EDIT:

I cannot go that route due to my GPS screen.

Carbon8 12-24-2013 06:07 PM

Even better do the tablet to OBD gauge conversion.

One of these are good starting points.

Those are very good starting points. Thanks.

Now I am debating between GOODbox and going analog gauges. Really do not want to go with the tablet option.

Anyone have an opinion on GOODbox?

Carbon8 12-29-2013 11:27 AM

IMO prosport EVO gauges are one of the best to get, I'm swapping my glowshift out for them this winter. Never again will I get analog with stepper motors. So much noise.

hoosier1104 12-29-2013 11:32 AM

I was thinking full sweep electric by Autometer. I had a set in my Ranger and loved them.

EDIT:
I like those. Digital and descently priced.

hoosier1104 01-16-2014 03:09 PM

I am going to rock a set of these.

What offset are you running? I am really thinking about getting the gold or bronze.

Mr_Pieper 01-16-2014 03:35 PM

18x9.75 +20 with 245/40 all around.

hoosier1104 01-16-2014 03:49 PM

Do you have any rubbing on the front tires? I already have that size tires and they are basically new.

Mr_Pieper 01-16-2014 03:52 PM

Rolled my fenders beforehand and not having any problems.

hoosier1104 01-16-2014 04:15 PM

That makes sense. Thanks for the info.

EDIT: Are you still on your stock suspension?

Mr_Pieper 01-16-2014 06:28 PM

Lowered on springs. You will need at least that much or more aggressive fitting wheels look really weird.

hoosier1104 01-17-2014 08:56 AM

I think I am going with 18x9 +30.
