Any ideas as to what these buttons do?
does anyone have a clearer picture or know what all those buttons located directly under the shift knob do/are? I'm guessing those are probably for side view mirrors and heated seats? any other ideas?

the ones directly behind the shifter are the nav controls. the ones behind them are the heated seats. the mirror controls are on the door. thanks for the pic i needed that for another answer.:)

Those would be the Navigation Controls. I wonder if the Japanese HDD Nav will be available here in the US. It looks sweet.

in all likelyhood, there is a big set of letters, like
A B C D E F G H I J K L M N O P Q R S T U V W X Y Z or a layout similar to that, depending on what you put, the system will filter out letters that CANNOT follow after the previous letter in any known destination stored on the disc, then change that after each new letter you select. Selection is probably a simple scrolling method, like holding the knob in a direction will move the selection in that direction untill the pressure is released, highliting as well as enlarging the current selection. ________ Video xxx |
that reminds me, does anyone know if an "auto" feature can be put in for the passenger window for both passenger and driver side controls with pinch protection/
