No way ever for my Ti 8, but if YOU like it, go 4 it.

Kind of makes it look like the g35 dash which in my opinion looks cheap. Why not just replace the scratched pieces? There are a number of websites where you can buy the piano black dash pieces.

As others have said, this is all personal preference but for me it was the piano black accents that were one of the more attractive features of the interior. I think it's a classy look that suits the overall style of the car.

I find both carbon fibre and wood (real or fake) look out of place in the 8 (obviously for vastly different reasons) but I respect the fact that people's tastes differ.

Really, unless you've got questions about function or quality, do whatever you like. We can't advise you on taste.

Do you have any links for those sites?

If the scratches are not too deep, you might be able to rub it out. I used mother's plastic and glass polish on mine, and it did the job.

BTW, NAY.

The brushed aluminum look is starting to fade away. If you notice, many new cars are moving towards piano black finished trim (the RX8 was a real trend-setter in this respect). If you really like the look then go for it. But if you would like to keep the interior looking as new as possible (current trim finish trends), then the piano black is a smarter choice.

i vote nay as well. put an analog clock in and you've got a g35 interior, or a chrysler interior imo.
