I've always had a can of laquer thinner hanging around to put decals on trucks, etc.

You'll be amazed how fast it'll dissolve all kinds of adhesives.

Just pour and wipe on some bounty towels that you can throw.

Smells real good, too!

I'm not trolling, my name is LOCKER.

I'm just asking if you're a relative from Texas?

Use a rag that is soaked in the lube. (don't spray! It'll be too messy~)
Use the blade for the older/thicker spots, a new clean blade will not scratch glass.
I change the sticker on my rear window bi-monthly for years, tried and tested.

say what? Perhaps I just havent been stationed at the right places, but I've been at multiple bases where I know folks with DARK tint, as far as 5% in some cases... and I've never heard of such nonsense as "military specs for tint"

where is this if you dont mind to say?

they have a a minimum requirements for tint its like 20 for the base here in guam. they wont give you a base decal if your tint is too dark all bases do have their own minimum req.

I had to remove the tint from my driver side and passenger side windows in order to pass inspection. I used isopropyl alcohol to remove the sticky residue from the windows.
