Will these wheels fit?
 

Looking at buying a used set of snow tires on Craigslist. Listing is for 17" 245/45R 17s on Sport Edition aluminum rims. Seller sent me these specs, I just have no idea if they'll fit:

Bolt Pattern (in): 5x4.41
Bolt Pattern (mm): 5x112
Offset Range (mm): 28 to 42
Front Center Bore (mm): 66.6
Rear Center Bore (mm): 66.6
Stud_Size: 12x1.5

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

No.
5x112 is Volkswagen bolt pattern.
You need wheels with 5x4.5" or 5x114.3mm (Same thing)

on stock wheels i think is +45 or some like that you can run +35 +30 with any problems or modification (if you not running something like 265 35 or 275s) =)
