What's your other car?
I remember a old thread where people listed their other car. I'm looking for suggestions, I love my 8 and the way it drives, I want to keep it as long as possible, so I want to drive it less and keep it in the garage. Any suggestions on next car to get that is similar? I'm thinking S2K since there value holds pretty good and I can resale in a few years when hopefully a new RX is released.

I'm trying to get a clean S2K for $7-9K or a Ducati Monster or Yamaha R6 for 3-4K and ride those until a new RX comes out.

Gets the job done. It's bumper to bumper traffic everyday from 7AM-9PM in here so.. not really smart to drive the 8 as a DD, carbon build up game is strong. |
Daily beater is an '06 Forester.
18g turbo, Large intercooler, Forged pistons and rods, Cat, airpump and TGV deletes, Headers, downpipe and Borla, Cobb IA tune, ....and four speed automatic, so basically a dog around town and rarely in boost. |
Rx8 sees mostly autox. dd/winter vehicle is an Xterra. Currently building a Lotus 7 replica to replace the 8 as a track rat...

That's about 7 seconds. It could keep up with an RX8. Unless the RX8 driver did a 6000rpm clutch drop, maybe even beat it! |
