what to pick what to pick.....?
 

Hey guys
im in the market for an 8 but i have a couple of issues i need to sort out before i settle down...


So Ive been looking for a silver, gray, red, or yellow rx8 with the gt package and the navigation and the two tone leather and I cant seem to find one car with all these items on!!
Did they not make them like that? or do i just have crappy luck?


I guess if I had to pick one, I would go without the navigation and the other 2,and this is where my second question comes in; I want to have a dvd player or a screen on the car but dont want to loose the functionality of the steering wheel controls....

What are other alternatives to the stereo problem...? I love they way the controls feel on the steering wheel and i would hate to loose that function.

my buddy has a red gt with red leather and everything included except the navi ... and i love that car... lol but i also like the gray and the silver :)

You don't need navigation is sucks big time and you have to continue to buy update DVD that still is shit.

Whattt.?? for real? wow that sucks! so theres no point in getting the navi? is the screen resolution even good??

are u looking for used or new?

- the only model year lightning yellow was offered was 2004.
no two-toned leather offered on this color.
- the two-toned leather was discontinued in 2009.
it was only available on GT models.
- the navi's in pre-2009 models kinda sucks ass.
2009 & on are ok.

what is your budget?

Silver, Gray, and Red RX8s all were available with 2-tone.

Nav is weak in this car, but if you find one with it, cool take it.

My biggest advice for you is to KEEP SEARCHING. Ive been shopping around for a whole year to find my 8 exactly how i wanted it. Fully loaded gt with nav. Just keep an eye out, theyre out there.

if you cant... buy a 06+ 6spd from this forum.
